Phyllomacromia amicorum (Gambles, 1979)

Type locality: Bandama River, Korhogo, Cote d'Ivoire
Diagnosis
Male is similar to P. flavimitella by (a) smaller size, Hw 29-34 mm; (b) thorax with 3 pale stripes on each side; (c) border of hamule smoothly curved, concave at base of hook; (d) genital lobe long and pale, reaches well beyond hook of hamule; (e) dorsum of S10 with peak bearing a single cone; (f) cerci yellow, may be darker at base, usually paler than epiproct; (g) tips of cerci rounded. However, differs by (1) hamule with smooth concavity at base of hook; (2) genital lobes flat, lying in longitudinal plane. [Adapted from Dijkstra & Clausnitzer 2014]
Habitat description
Not known well, but probably rivers in open landscapes. From 100 to 900 m above sea level.
